The Great Fossil Fetch! Name Your Prize
Note: We have tried our best to unify both the downloadable and browser versions of The Great Fossil Fetch!, however there still remain differences that are caused by fundamental differences in Unity executables and WebGL builds that we are unable to fix. We recommend playing our downloadable versions for the best experience.
These differences are as follows:
- Music might start later or sooner than expected
- Music tracks might overlap sometimes
Controls:
- A - Walk Left
- D - Walk Right
- SPACE - Jump
- ESC - Menu/Inventory
Fonts Used:
- Air Americana - Tiago Sá
- Hobby Horse NF - Nick Curtis
If you feel that the game is too hard, there is a toggle in the SYSTEM menu called "Safe Mode" that will put you into god mode in order for you to beat the game. To turn off safe mode, click on the "Normal Mode" button in the same area.
Here are all of the attacks in the game as our gameplay video does not showcase all of them.

Per my earlier email, I'm just validating page submissions. It looks like you've got a complete submission here (hooray!) although there's still time to add/update if you want.
One piece of feedback is that resolution is a MONSTER (I have a brand new widescreen and can't fit it, much less on my laptop screen...) so I'd suggest scaling the resolution down. You SHOULD be able to do that (if this is unity, anyway) without any significant quality degradation.. and if you set it to resizable and someone DOES have a big monitor they can scale.
The game is built for 1920x1080 OR any 16:9 aspect ratio monitor. Are you talking about the Web version of the game? If so, we would prefer you play the downloadable version of the game. You can also zoom out your page until it fits your screen.
I'd only tried web version - I'm on a mac so can't do your EXEs :(
man whoever made this game like...deserves an Oscar or something...idk just my opinion
